1. Overview
The mobile vacuum cleaner is a new type of fully enclosed mobile vacuum cleaner system developed and produced by our company based on the absorption of advanced technology at home and abroad, aiming at the harsh working environment through repeated tests. It is widely used in rush processing, wood, machining production line, textile, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. It has the following characteristics:
High pressure side flow fan is adopted, with strong suction, small volume, light weight and low energy consumption, which can work continuously;
● the dedusting efficiency is as high as 99.5% - 99.9%;
● the filter cartridge dust remover has the function of automatic pulse back blowing to clean the filter cartridge;
Equipped with nylon casters, stable and easy to move;
● it can be connected with small central dust collection system in various industries;
● it is equipped with 10m vacuum hose, vacuum car and 50m mobile cable for the convenience of users.
1.1 composition of mobile vacuum cleaner system
Mobile vacuum cleaner is a complex system engineering, which consists of high-pressure side flow fan, filter dust remover, automatic back blowing cleaning of filter, ash unloading device, vacuum cleaner car and hose, power distribution control and dust pipeline.
1.1.1 high pressure side flow fan of the whole machine
The whole machine has the international leading high-pressure side flow fan, which has the advantages of high-pressure difference, light weight, small volume, low energy consumption, no transmission device, maintenance free bearing, air-cooled motor, no contact impeller, no maintenance, no oil, built-in muffler, low noise, etc.
1.1.2 stage filter cartridge dust remover
The filter cartridge dust remover is a high-efficiency dust remover which uses high-grade polyester fiber as the filter material to separate the solid dust in the gas through the filter material. The filter cartridge made of the filter material has small volume, large filtering area and high dedusting efficiency. A special device is arranged in the dust remover to effectively prevent the residual impurities in the gas from damaging the filter cartridge.
The key filter component - filter cartridge adopts filter material, easy to clean ash, high strength and long service life.
1.1.4 automatic back blowing cleaning system of filter cartridge
The filter drum automatic back blowing cleaning system is composed of air compressor, compressed air oil water purifier, electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse injection controller and air pressure pipeline.
The electromagnetic pulse valve and the pulse injection controller are manufactured by the technology of American Geer company. The technical performance and quality of the products are in line with the international standards and have passed the quality certification of the National Environmental Protection Bureau.
The electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the automatic back blowing ash cleaning system of the filter cartridge dust remover. It is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection control instrument to spray the dust to the filter cartridge to keep the resistance of the dust remover within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust remover.
The pulse injection controller is the main control device of the automatic back blowing ash cleaning system of the filter cartridge dust remover. Its output signal controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to spray compressed air to clean the filter cartridge. The adjustment range of output pulse interval is 1-30 seconds, the adjustment range of output pulse width is 0.03-0.2 seconds, and the adjustment range of pulse period is 5.15-151 seconds.

1.1.5 ash unloading device
The lower part of the dust remover of the dust discharge device is equipped with a specially designed special handling mechanism, which is convenient for the dust discharge operation. A window is arranged on the ash unloading device for easy observation of the ash storage height.
1.1.6 vacuum car and hose
The specially designed vacuum car is equipped with a special vacuum port and a special hand-held vacuum cleaner, which is small in size, light in weight and easy to operate,. The special vacuum hose developed through repeated tests has the advantages of small resistance, light weight, high wear resistance and flexibility, and is convenient for manual dragging. In addition, it is equipped with a set of special hand-held vacuum tube and suction head, which are used for narrow and difficult cleaning places in the workshop.
1.1.7 distribution control equipment
The power distribution control equipment shall be domestic advanced electrical accessories to ensure reliable use. It is equipped with 50m mobile cable, which is convenient for users.
1.1.8 dust gas pipeline
Specially designed dust and gas pipelines are arranged between dust collectors and between dust collectors and fans. They are wear-resistant and light in weight. They are made of special plastic materials.
1.2 system process flow
In the process of ground cleaning, the ground dust, fine debris and air are mixed, and they are sucked into the filter cartridge dust remover through the suction port and hose on the dust collection car. Through the filtering function of the filter cartridge, the dust is separated from the air flow, and the purified clean gas is discharged from the inside of the filter cartridge into the clean air chamber; the dust gas enters through the dust gas pipeline, and the dust remains on the surface of the filter cartridge when it is filtered by the filter cartridge In the ash cake layer, when the filter dust reaches a certain thickness or a certain time, the operation resistance of the dust collector increases. In order to control the resistance within the limited range (generally 120 ~ 150mmh2o), the pulse controller sends out an instruction to trigger the opening of the pulse valve according to the preset time, so that the compressed air of the oil-water purifier is ejected from the orifice of the blowpipe to the filter cartridge, resulting in a sudden sharp expansion of the filter material in the filter cartridge Inflation. Because of the reverse action of the air flow, the dust that is attached to the filter cartridge will fall off. After the pulse valve is closed, the reverse air flow will be generated again, so that the filter material of the filter cartridge will shrink rapidly and form a bulge and shrink. The filter tube will shrink and shake, and the powder cake which is attached to the outside of the filter material will fall off due to inertia effect, so that the filter material of the filter cartridge will be updated, and the dusting dust will fall into the ash storage tank at the bottom of the dust collector. The dedusting efficiency of the secondary deduster is more than 99%, and the clean air after dedusting is discharged through the high-pressure fan. There is a level sight window on the ash bin. When the material is stored to the high level scale, it shall be manually removed after shutdown. The machine is equipped with an automatic back blowing and cleaning system. The dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge of the filter cartridge is regularly removed by the compressed air through the electromagnetic pulse valve. The pulse interval, pulse width and compressed air volume are controlled by the pulse injection controller to ensure the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the filter. Pulse interval, pulse width and compressed air volume for primary injection shall be adjusted in place by the supplier during supply and commissioning, and the user shall not adjust them at will.

2. Operation of the system
2.1 system startup
2.1.1 system startup preparation
Before starting the system, check whether the following items are met:
1) Check the power supply, it must be three four wire system wiring, otherwise it will burn down the air compressor motor;
2) Check whether the oil quantity of air compressor is between high and low oil level, and it is dangerous to use the oil level beyond the limit. If the oil quantity is insufficient, add it in time;
3) Check that the air compressor exhaust valve must be closed;
4) Check that the three test ports on the air duct are closed.
2.1.2 system startup steps
1) Turn on the air compressor and observe that the pressure reading of the filter pressure gauge reaches 0.6MPa;
2) Turn on the pulse injection controller and blow for 10 minutes;
3) Turn on the high-pressure fan (the direction of the fan is the same as the indicated arrow on the fan).
2.2 shutdown steps:
1) Shut down the fan;
2) Turn off the pulse controller 10 minutes after blowing;
3) Turn off the air compressor;
4) Open the air release valve of the air compressor to discharge the compressed gas in the air compressor and filter;
5) Open the blowdown valve of air compressor and filter to discharge the residual liquid in the machine;
6) Close the air compressor vent valve, air compressor and filter drain valve.
3 system maintenance
1) The air inlet of the dust suction port is not smooth and the suction is insufficient, which indicates that the air volume of the fan is insufficient or the resistance of the dust removal system is too large. Problems and improvement methods are as follows:
A. The ash bin is full and should be dumped;
B. If the suction port or hose is blocked, stop the machine for cleaning;
C. In case of serious dust collection on the surface of the filter cartridge, the fan shall be shut down, and the fan shall be turned on after the air compressor and pulse injection controller are turned on for 20 minutes;
D. The vacuum hose is broken and leaking, which should be replaced;
E. If the above measures are invalid, the company shall be informed, and the special technical personnel of the company shall handle it;
2) It is found that the amount of dust discharged from the fan increases. The problems and improvement methods are as follows:
The filter material of the filter cartridge is damaged and should be replaced;
3) Air compressor maintenance: refer to the manual for details.
A. After the first 50 hours of operation of the air compressor, the engine oil shall be changed. The engine oil model is No. 13 air compressor engine oil. After that, the engine oil shall be changed and the oil tank shall be checked every 500 hours to avoid oil leakage,
B. Clean the filter every 100 hours of operation. If the filter element is too dirty, replace it with a new one.
4) Warranty period of each part of the system
A. The warranty period of air compressor and filter cartridge is 6 months.
B. The warranty period of vacuum hose and air filter is 3 months, and that of the rest of the system is one year.
5) The equipment is maintained for life, only the cost price of accessories is charged outside the warranty period.
