一、Product overview

　　Mobile spray fan is a new energy saving and cooling product based on advanced technology at home and abroad. It has the functions of dust suppression, ventilation, cooling and humidification. It has high efficiency of dust suppression and humidification. It is widely used in rush, wood, tobacco, printing, mining, greenhouse, fungus culture, tea, Gunpowder processing and so on. It uses advanced centrifugal two atomization technology, compared with the spray system composed of sprinkler head and high pressure pump, there is no nozzle blockage, and the system does not need high pressure. Compared with wet curtain system, it overcomes the shortcomings of large wind resistance and slow cooling. Compared with foreign products, it uses stainless steel and other high quality raw materials, and avoids imported products in use. It is easy to scale and difficult to clean.

　　Its atomization principle is that under the action of centrifugal force, the rotating disc and the spray device make the ultra-small droplets reach 5 microns, and the droplets are blown out by the air flow and vaporized by the fan. In the process of water vaporization, the droplets absorb heat, reduce the temperature and improve the relative cleanness and humidity of the air. Therefore, the water mist will not fall on the ground, there is no water drop phenomenon, the atomization is fine and the range is far. If it is used with energy-saving large flow axial flow fan, the indoor exhaust air volume will be increased, and the air flow speed will be increased, the use effect will be further improved.

三、Precautions in use

Before leaving the factory, all parts of the product have been tested and the whole machine has been debugged. Therefore, users should not dismantle the product without permission.

After unpacking the product, carefully check whether the fasteners are loose, so as to avoid loosening during transportation and affecting the use.

The water rejection plate is easy to deform, so special attention must be paid to the protection during installation and use.

The installation of spray fans must be stable regardless of the form of hoisting, leveling and so on.

If it is mainly used for dust suppression and humidification, the higher the distance from the ground, the better the effect.

If the water quality is poor, the pipeline may be blocked in use. Just open and close the regulating valve several times to flush away the impurities.

After the machine has been running for a period of time, there may be dust on the protective net, so it is only necessary to stop the machine and clean it regularly; some parts may be scaling, so it is only necessary to disassemble them, clean them with weak acid solution, and then install them as they are.

This product is warranted for one year and provides maintenance service for life.
