PFF pulse filter bag dust remover is composed of dust chamber, air distribution box, filter unit, electromagnetic pulse valve, clean air chamber, ash hopper, maintenance manhole, etc. Filter unit is the most critical part of bag filter, which is composed of frame and bag (refer to the schematic diagram of equipment). The owner shall consider whether to install the maintenance platform escalator, etc., which is not equipped in the factory.

　　Working principle

　　Under the negative pressure of the fan, the dust containing gas enters the dust chamber from the inlet of the bag filter. Through the filtering effect of the bag, the dust is separated from the air flow, and the purified clean gas enters the gas chamber through the filter bag and is emptied by the fan. Dust filtered through the filter bag is left on the outer surface of the filter bag to form a cake layer. When the filter dust reaches a certain thickness or after a certain time, the operational resistance of the filter bag collector increases. In order to control the running resistance within the limited range (generally 1200 ~ 1500pa), the pulse injection controller will send out signals at a fixed time, trigger and open the pulse valves one by one in order, so that the compressed air in the air distribution box will be injected into each filter bag from the injection pipe, resulting in the rapid expansion of the filter bag in an instant. Due to the effect of air flow, the dust accumulated on the filter bag falls off. After the pulse valve is closed, the reverse air flow is generated again, which causes the filter bag to shrink rapidly, forming a bulging and shrinking bag, and increasing the jitter of the filter bag, so that the powdery cake attached to the outer surface of the filter bag falls off due to inertia effect, and the filter bag is updated. The removed dust falls into the ash hopper at the lower part of the dust remover under the action of gravity.
