Water rotary dedusting equipment is composed of spray section, filter section, dehydration section and water supply system.

　　When the dust bearing gas enters the spray section tangential and the gas-liquid confluence flow forms a turbulent boundary layer with high-speed rotary cutting along the tunnel wall, the initial dust removal purpose is achieved by increasing the gas-liquid contact; the air flow rises into the filter section, and the saturated mixed liquid flows into the blowdown pipe at the bottom of the equipment along the inner wall of the equipment and into the water pool through the efficient treatment of Bauer ring under the action of gravity. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere after being dehydrated.

　　Performance characteristics

　　The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, small land occupation, small investment, small pressure loss, low energy consumption, stable operation and simple maintenance.

　　The equipment uses Bauer ring as packing, which has the characteristics of small resistance and large specific surface area, and can fully solve the gas-liquid exchange.

　　The inner wall of the equipment is coated with epoxy asphalt paint to increase the corrosion resistance.

　　For highly corrosive waste gas, it is recommended to use stainless steel. If carbon steel is selected, the owner must take relevant effective measures (such as adding alkali in the water tank, etc.) to prevent serious corrosion of the equipment and affect the operation life.
