  Using high energy and high ozone UV light beam to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e. active oxygen. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. 

  UV+O2→O-+O*(active oxygen)O+O2→O3(ozone),As we all know, ozone has a very strong oxidation effect on organic matters, and a very strong removal effect on odor gas and other irritating odors.

  Performance characteristics 

  一、High efficiency deodorization: it can effectively remove major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan, and various odor. The deodorization efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the deodorization effect greatly exceeds the national emission standard for odor pollutants issued in 1993 (gb14554-93). 

  二、No need to add any substance: only need to set the corresponding exhaust pipe and exhaust power, so that the odor gas can be deodorized, decomposed and purified through the equipment, and no need to add any substance to participate in the chemical reaction. 

  三、Strong adaptability: it can adapt to the deodorization and purification treatment of high concentration, air volume and different odor gas substances, and can work continuously 24 hours a day, with stable and reliable operation. 

  四、Low operation cost: the equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no need for special personnel management and daily maintenance, only need to conduct regular inspection, the energy consumption of the equipment is low. 

  五、No pretreatment required: odor gas does not need special pretreatment, such as heating, humidification, etc. the working environment temperature of the equipment is between - 30 ℃ - 95 ℃, the humidity is between 30% - 98%, and the pH value is between 2-13.
