　　Daily maintenance and notes:

　　1、It is strictly prohibited to use this type of equipment to absorb oily dust, so as not to affect the service life and filtering accuracy of the filter cartridge.

　　2、It is strictly prohibited to use sharp objects to contact the outer skin of the flexible arm and the surface of the filter cartridge. Sharp objects are easy to scratch and puncture the surface, causing air leakage and reducing the filtering accuracy.

　　3、Do not use water to clean the filter cartridge.

　　4、The daily work is calculated as 8 hours, and the filter cartridge is blown with compressed air twice a week on the surface of the filter material.

　　5、When dealing with the welding fume, the best distance is 20-30cm from the suction hood of the suction arm to the welding point. Due to the strong suction of our products, the distance between the suction port and the welding spot must be more than 15cm. If your work piece is attached with oily substance, it is recommended to be more than 25 cm away from the welding joint.

　　6、The equipment is only suitable for the treatment of welding smoke, long-term inhalation of a large number of oily material smoke, will reduce the filter life.

　　7、The power supply of the equipment is single-phase 220V 50Hz. Pay attention to the use of power supply to avoid accidents.

　　8、It is forbidden to contact the equipment surface with sharp objects or hard objects to avoid paint damage.

　　9、Take care to unplug the power plug after use.

　　10、It is strictly prohibited to replace the suction hood mouth without permission, so as to avoid affecting the hovering performance. After the filter cartridge is cleaned normally, if the suction air volume is small and still fails to meet the requirements of suction welding fume, the filter cartridge shall be replaced.

　　11、If the joint looseness affects hovering after long-term use of the flexible suction arm, please open the outer skin of the suction arm and slightly adjust the loose screws.

　　12、When large current and spark welding is used, the welding distance shall be adjusted appropriately, generally more than 30cm.

　　13、It is strictly prohibited to use the equipment to inhale rags, plastics, paper pieces, strip flocculent solid particles, etc. if inhaled into the equipment, the cabin door shall be opened in time to clean up. If it is not cleaned for a long time, the air inlet will be blocked, the air inlet and air outlet will be unequal, and the motor will be overheated and burned due to long-term use.

　　14、Before equipment operation, please carefully check whether there is air leakage, such as whether the sealing ring is in good condition, whether the skin is damaged, whether the throat hoop locks the skin, whether the air volume regulating valve at the suction hood opening is fully open, and whether the cabin door is closed, etc. So as not to affect the suction effect.

　　15、After a period of use, if the movable arm is loose, adjust the bolt in time to avoid affecting the use.
