　　The paint mist and organic waste gas produced by painting are purified by three-level purification methods: the first level is wet method, and the paint mist is slagged and collected by water curtain purifier; the second level SF spray tower is further treated by paint mist; after that, the waste gas enters the second level purification device & mdash; & mdash; HXT waste gas purifier to absorb the organic waste gas. After purification, the waste gas up to the standard is discharged into the air duct, which is equipped with a manual split multi leaf regulating valve and a check valve that automatically closes (prevents backflow). The air duct is connected and installed in the outdoor exhaust chimney to the outdoor atmosphere, with a design elevation of 15m, and equipped with lightning protection device.

　　Features of the scheme: it has economic applicability and compatibility, neat and beautiful appearance, high efficiency and low energy consumption; due to the adoption of wet dry two-stage purification mode, it can ensure that the emission meets the standard, and create a comfortable and clean working environment, so as to ensure production safety.
