Adsorption method

For the acid waste gas adsorption method, the effect is very poor, and the cost is high, it is not recommended to use in this project, and the above absorption method is recommended. It is suggested to use blowing hood or top suction hood in the design, but Party A thinks that it is not conducive to the operation of pickling process. After discussion, both parties decide to set an air suction hood on one side of the pickling pool according to Party A's opinion to absorb the acid mist. If the air suction effect is not good, Party A shall add a blowing device on the opposite side to achieve better results. Because the acid waste gas produced in the production workshop has strong corrosion, the scheme should fully consider the corrosion resistance when selecting the gas collecting hood material, and strive to reduce the investment cost while ensuring the quality of the project. It is determined that the pipeline part is made of 304 material, the purification tower is made of fiberglass, the fan is made of fiberglass corrosion-resistant material, and the water pump is made of corrosion-resistant pump to ensure the project quality and the user's rest assured.
