The bag filter is suitable for collecting fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. After the dust-laden gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and heavy particles will settle under the action of gravity and fall into the ash hopper. As the gas containing relatively small dust passes through the filter material, the dust is retained, allowing the gas to be purified.

The bag filter is a dry dust removal device. After the filter material is used for a period of time, due to sieve, collision, retention, diffusion, electrostatic effects, such as a layer of dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag, the first layer of dust is called the layer. During the movement process, it initially becomes the main filter to filter the material layer. , According to the role of the first layer, the large mesh filter material can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles attached to the filter material will be squeezed past, which will reduce the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector can significantly reduce the air volume of the dust collection system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, the dust should be cleaned in time. The ash cannot destroy the initial layer, so as not to reduce the efficiency.

The working principle of the bag filter is: the dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber from the bottom opening flange, the coarse particles fall directly into the ash bin, the dust-laden gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust stays on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas enters the clean air chamber through the mouth of the bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, the program-controlled instrument starts to work. Open the pulse valve in turn, so that the compressed air is ejected from the nozzle, clean the filter bag, and make the filter bag expand suddenly. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust on the surface of the cloth bag is quickly separated from the filter bag, falls into the ash bin, and is discharged by the ash discharge valve.

Working principle of pulse dust collector: It is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash hopper, inlet pressure equalizer, matching filter bag, spray device, ash discharge device, etc. Dust-laden gas enters each bin ash bucket from the inlet pressure equalizer. Under the guidance of the ash hopper guide device, the large particle dust is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper. The fine particle dust enters the intermediate box evenly and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas permeates the filter bag into the upper box. And discharged into the atmosphere through the offline valve and exhaust pipe. With the improvement of filter conditions, the dust on the filter bag will be more and more. When the resistance value of the equipment reaches the limit resistance value (generally set at 1500PA), the dust removal control device will automatically close the offline valve of the room according to the set value of the pressure difference or the dust removal time, and then press the set value. Open the electrical control pulse valve regularly to prevent the air injection, and inject compressed air instantaneously to increase the pressure in the filter bag, and the dust on the filter bag (even fine dust can be completely removed) is thrown into the ash hopper, and is discharged through the exhaust. mechanism.

The working principle of the cyclone dust collector is that the dust-laden gas enters tangentially from the inlet. When the airflow rotates, the airflow separates up and down, forming a double helix motion. The dust has a strong separation effect at the double helix boundary, and the downward spiral airflow separates the coarse dust to the outer wall. Part of the dust is discharged through the hole in the middle of the bypass chamber, and the rest of the dust enters the ash hopper through the downward airflow. The spiral upward airflow can capture fine particles and improve the dust removal efficiency. This part of the fine dust particles flows from the upper volute to the upper volute, forming a strongly rotating upper dust ring under the upper cover. They enter the upper opening of the bypass separation chamber together with the upper volute airflow, and then enter the cone and internal airflow through the return air outlet. The purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and the separated dust enters the hopper.

The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator: the equipment after entering the equipment from the top inlet, the dusty gas passes through the cyclone separator at high speed, so that the dusty gas rotates the adjusting screw down the axis, and uses centrifugal force to remove coarse dust particles; effectively control the initial dust concentration into the electric field. The gas then enters the electric field through the lower ash bucket. The low cross-sectional area of ​​the ash hopper is several times that of the inner tube, and according to the principle of constant torque, the radial and axial wind velocities are drastically reduced, resulting in a zero-velocity interface, which allows the heavy particle dust of the inner tube to fall into the ash. The hopper reduces the dust concentration entering the electric field. The low-concentration dust-laden gas is condensed on the positive and negative plates through electrostatic dust collection. The collected dust is cleaned and taken away after being vibrated by the air lock ash discharge device. In order to prevent the inner tube from being moved by the cyclone and the electric field plate, the secondary dust formed in the lower hopper is specially equipped with an isolation cone. Scope of application: Cement, fertilizer and other industries, various crushers, crushing point blanking ports, packaging machines and dryers, and various similar dispersed sources.
