2. The working principle:

Acid mist spray tower is also known as acid mist purification tower, acid gas scrubber tower, acid mist absorption tower, waste gas purification tower, can remove harmful gases in the air.

Principle The suction of the exhaust fan is used to transport the continuous stream of exhaust gas to the spray tower, so that the exhaust gas is transported to the spray tower of the system, and the gas goes through the spray washing process of neutralizing liquid in the spray tower. The exhaust gas contained in the exhaust gas containing (such as hydrogen fluoride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, various acid fog, etc.) is fully mixed with the neutralizing liquid water mist and fully neutralized. 3. Process description:

The inorganic waste gas in the workshop is collected through the suction hood and transported into the spray tower device through the pipeline under the action of the exhaust fan. The inorganic pollutants are purified and absorbed by the spray tower. The purified gas is pressurized by the fan and discharged to the standard.
