Dust control of die casting machine

　　The die casting machine is mainly composed of furnace dust and mold release agent waste gas. Generally, the process of water rotary wet dust remover is adopted. The description is as follows:

　　The system is mainly composed of dust suction port, dust pipeline, gas volume control valve, water rotary dust collector, water system, fan, clean gas discharge pipeline, etc. Under the action of the fan, the dust gas enters the water rotary dust collector through the pipeline, and achieves the purpose of waste gas treatment through the efficient washing and purification of the dust collector.

　　Water rotary precipitator is composed of spray section, filter section, expansion section and water supply system.

　　When the dust containing gas enters the spray section and the gas-liquid converges, it can fully contact with the gas-liquid to achieve the purpose of initial dust removal; the filler layer of the filter section strengthens the exchange of mass and energy between the gas, dust and water; the saturated mixed liquid flows into the sewage pipe at the bottom of the equipment along the inner wall of the equipment under the action of gravity, and enters the sewage pool. The purified gas is dehydrated through the expansion section and discharged into the atmosphere. Spray head is set on the top of the equipment to wash the packing layer regularly and maintain the packing renewal.
